Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and build a high‑performing team in our Thomasville restaurant. You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to deliver guest‑centered service, uphold BK standards, and drive solid financial results.

You will lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and safety daily. Must be hands-on, communicative, and focused on growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast‑paced environments.
• People‑first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and keeping the team energized to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and grow capabilities.
• Lead strong operations by maintaining BK brand standards, encouraging fresh ideas, removing roadblocks, and modeling hands-on leadership.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders and assets, ensuring maintenance, and using strong decision‑making to maintain cash control & security protocols.
