Zax LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager in Augusta, GA to lead daily restaurant operations at Zaxbys. You will oversee staff, ensure service and food quality, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining company standards.

The role requires leadership, scheduling, coaching, and a hands-on approach to daily tasks. The position supports training through the Assistant Manager Development Plan and maintains compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
• Background check required.
• Leadership and organizational skills required.
• 1–3 years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to standards.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members to meet quarterly goals.
• Create and maintain staff schedules following company policies and local laws.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally and escalate when needed.
• Assist with performance reviews and development of team members.
