Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda store, driving guest satisfaction and financial results. You will recruit, train, and lead associates while delivering exceptional service. A multi-week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
