Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store and drive exceptional guest experiences. The role includes hiring, supervising associates, achieving financial goals, and delivering a best-in-class dining experience.

The company offers a comprehensive leadership training program of 3 or more weeks and ongoing career development within Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
