Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing associates to drive guest satisfaction and financial results. A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA: able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
