Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to achieve financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide a multi-week leadership training program, ongoing career development, and opportunities for growth into management roles within the Panda Restaurant Group family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to hit financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support leadership training and development through a multi-week program and on-the-job coaching.
