Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and report to the General Manager. You will lead the team to maintain high standards of food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing shift operations, enforcing SOPs, supervising labor and costs, and coaching staff. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to motivate the team to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service is recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate work and solve problems.

Responsibilities
