Job summary

Burger King Holbrook is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations in Massachusetts. You will oversee guest service, training, scheduling, and shift leadership to ensure QSC standards and financial goals are met.

This role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills to motivate the team and resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.

• Review inventory and cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Create and monitor schedules; onboard new team members.
• Implement action plans addressing employee needs and Operational Assessments.
