Sizzling Platter LLC is hiring a Wingstop Crew Member in Falcon, CO. You will deliver fast, friendly service both in person and by phone, prepare wings and sides to Wingstop standards, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment. The role may cover front-of-house, back-of-house, or both, depending on needs.

The position offers part-time or full-time hours, with a pay range of $15.16 to $17.16 per hour and eligibility for standard store benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications: Previous restaurant or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to guests in person or by phone.
• Prepare food according to Wingstop standards, including cooking, saucing, and plating items.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate kitchen equipment and POS system as trained.
• Collaborate with team to meet operational goals.
• Assist with restocking, inventory, and basic cleaning duties.
