Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Searcy, Arkansas. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, mentor staff, and maintain high standards of food safety and guest service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a similar hospitality role, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
