Zaxby9;s is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise daily restaurant operations, uphold standards, and lead a team to deliver great guest experiences. You will oversee training, scheduling, and performance reviews while ensuring compliance with policy and safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, maintaining quality and service, and driving operational excellence with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Successful completion of background check.
Restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsibilities
