Job summary

Arby’s in Fillmore, Utah, is seeking an Assistant Manager who can lead a team, hire and train staff, and ensure daily operations meet brand standards and policies.

You will work with the store manager to optimize costs, deliver excellent customer service, mentor teammates, manage schedules and cleanliness, and prepare employee reviews.

Experience as a senior team member or in an ASM role is preferred, with a passion for customer service and staff development.

• Maintaining stores to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
