Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ retail experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Regularly display Elder's 6 E's: Ethics, Enthusiasm, Engagement, Empathy, Etiquette, and Efficiency.
• Available to work some weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Set a leadership example by delivering helpful service and guiding store culture.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop associates; monitor performance and adjust staffing as needed.
• Order and maintain inventory; manage shrink and ensure product availability for customers.
