Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months–1 year of retail experience minimum.
• Technically proficient with computer systems and related software.
• Gather and analyze data and maintain accurate records.
• Take initiative, assume responsibility, and execute thoroughly.
• Interact with staff at all levels of the organization.
• Bilingual Spanish verbal and written communication preferred.
• Possess a valid driver license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Help unload incoming trucks and put away merchandise.
• Execute daily operational goals assigned by store manager.
• Remove promotional bin tags from displays/price tags.
• Restock merchandise displays, watch end caps and side wings.
• Handle special orders for non-stock items.
• Never tell a customer no without checking with a manager.
• Watch for shoplifters and act according to Elder’s policy.
• Excellent customer service and interaction prevents shoplifting.
• Respond to radio requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
