Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with weekly commissions, flexible 35–45 hour weeks, and a schedule designed for work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities
