Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a 10-15 person team in a fast-paced car wash environment. This role combines hands-on supervision with occasional administrative duties and a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
