One World Fitness LLC (Planet Fitness) is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee a busy club, drive revenue, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and lead a team of Member Services Representatives. The role focuses on coaching, training, and operational excellence to deliver a premier member experience.

You will collaborate with General Manager and Regional Manager, manage staffing, sign-ups, billing processes, and daily reports, while upholding Planet Fitness standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of successful unit management experience.
• Drive top-line revenue and ability to hire, train and build successful teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned location operations and maintain world-class member experience.
• Mentor/coaching of Member Services Representatives and staff.
• Recruit top talent and manage onboarding and performance development.
