Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow hiring at age permitted by local law for selling/alcohol).
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service or as Opening Coordinator for at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service in a safe, clean, and efficient environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Oversee AOI areas with rotation through Kitchen and related duties.
• Oversee birthday parties, showroom seating and party bookings, and gameroom operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
