Job summary

Smoothie King in Knoxville is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure adherence to franchise policies, and lead the team on shifts.

You will support the store manager in hiring and training, help drive sales and labor goals, create staff schedules, order food and supplies, and maintain a welcoming, owner-like leadership style to keep customers and employees engaged.

Responsibilities

• Learn all franchise policies and ensure the store is following the policies
• Learn all franchise procedures for making smoothies and food, and lead the team daily on shifts
• Supervise all employees, including Team Members and Team Leaders
• Assist the store manager in the hiring and training of all employees
• Assist in pushing sales and labor goals
• Assist in creating employee schedules
• Assist in ordering food and supplies
• Wear an "owner's hat" when running the store
