Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC seeks an Assistant Manager to maintain energised store operations, lead a customer-first team, and ensure smooth daily activities on every shift.

You will support the Store Manager, supervise staff, handle cash and deposits, and drive upselling of promotions while maintaining a clean, safe store environment. This role requires open weekend/holiday availability and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Minimum age 21+ years old.
• Must have (or be able to obtain) a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules.
• Perform daily cash handling and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
