This role requires open availability, including weekends and holidays, and leadership to coach a team, manage schedules, inventory, and cash handling. Growth opportunities exist toward Store Manager and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock.
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
