The role combines frontline leadership with light admin duties, requiring a hands-on approach and flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed. Competitive hourly pay and chance to earn weekly commissions accompany strong career

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees, creating a culture of teamwork and fun.
