Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a small team at our Austin, TX location and help meet our performance goals. This role combines hands-on leadership with operational duties to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

You will work alongside the team on the front line, develop staff, and handle essential admin tasks in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Competitive hourly pay with weekly commission provides strong upside and opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 10-15 employees, fostering teamwork and a fun culture.
