Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a busy shop and grow into future management. You will supervise a team of 10–15, ensure a high-quality guest experience, and keep operations running smoothly on a fast-paced, outdoor site.

This role requires 2+ years of leadership, a willingness to work in all weather, and the ability to stand for long periods. We offer competitive hourly pay, weekly commission, flexible schedules, and a clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

• Assist in leading a small team of 10 -15 employees, while creating a culture that emphasizes teamwork and fun!
