Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese, a leader in family dining and entertainment, is hiring an Assistant Manager in Laguna Hills, CA. You will lead a team to ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and cleanliness, while managing scheduling, training, and performance across four AOIs: Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom.

You will drive sales, control costs, and foster a positive, high-energy environment that keeps guests coming back for more family fun.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of people-management experience.
• Experience in the food service industry is preferred.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staff scheduling and cleanliness standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Oversee an Area of Impact (AOI) across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom and Gameroom.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI and rotate across areas (Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, Gameroom).
• Lead showroom birthday party execution and planning to maximize bookings and guest satisfaction.
