Job summary

Harri in Salisbury, NC is seeking a hands-on Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant team, oversee daily operations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a franchise with a strong corporate backbone, you’ll work in a structure that supports clear paths for growth.

You’ll lead from the front, manage production, dining, and service, mentor younger crew, and maintain quality standards while keeping a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast-paced production environments.
• Hands-on approach to work alongside the team.
• Experience coaching and mentoring younger crew.
• Flexible open availability across shifts from 5 AM to 11 PM.
• Reliable transportation and a driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and positive attitude.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the Front: hands-on leadership across production, prep, dining, baking and customer service.
• Manage Operations: oversee production line, quality standards, peak team performance.
• Support & Develop Your Team: mentor and train younger crew members to grow.
