Job summary

Harri is seeking a dynamic restaurant Manager to lead operations, coach staff, and ensure guests have exceptional experiences in a fast-paced setting. This is a full-time opportunity in the United States, NC.

You will drive daily operations, uphold quality standards, and mentor team members to deliver memorable guest experiences. Shifts run from early morning to late evening, with a focus on teamwork, reliability, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast-paced, production-based environments.
• Hands-on approach, willing to work across roles.
• Experience developing and mentoring teams.
• Flexible availability from 5 AM to 11 PM.
• Driver’s license and reliable transport.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the Front: be hands-on with the team during daily operations (production, prep, dining, baking, customer service).
• Manage Operations: oversee production line, maintain quality standards, ensure peak performance.
• Support & Develop Your Team: provide training, mentorship, and feedback to grow younger crew members.
• Maintain a Positive Culture: create a high-energy, clean, and positive atmosphere, coaching as needed.
• Follow Structured Procedures: operate within a proven system designed for success.
