Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours to operate the unit effectively.
• Must be able to work the days and hours designated by the General Manager or District Manager.
• Must maintain good attendance throughout the year.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. comfortably.
• Able to stand for long periods; bend and stoop.
• Vision abilities to include distance, near, color, depth and peripheral.
• Able to operate a computer/Cash register.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provides a quality product and guest service experience to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Establishes trust and open communication within the team and across the organization.
• Plans, organizes and executes daily operations and completes administrative duties and daily paperwork.
• Supervises opening/closing duties as directed by the General Manager.
• Supports GM decisions and directives and drives results.
• Follows POS cash handling procedures and related controls.
• Resolve guest questions, complaints and problems promptly with management involvement.
• Delegate shift responsibilities and ensure task completion and checklists.
