The Buckle, Inc. seeks an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in Park City, UT.

This role involves leading sales, merchandising, and daily operations to create an exceptional shopping experience, recruiting and training Teammates, and stepping in as Store Manager when needed. Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training considered.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support sales generation and guest service to create an exceptional in-store experience.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates; partner with Store Manager to manage leadership transitions.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store operations to maintain Buckle standards.
• Assist with store leadership duties in the Store Manager's absence; act as Manager in training progression.
• Plan and execute daily tasks, coordinate with leadership to meet sales goals and BP goals.
• Ensure policy compliance, loss prevention practices, and high levels of customer service.
