The Assistant Manager in Training works with the General Manager to lead and develop associates and shift managers, providing an outstanding customer experience. They are expected to inspire teams to execute Mike’s Purpose and deliver on our Team Member Promise while maximizing profitability. The Assistant Manager can run the location in the absence of the General Manager.
Requires communication, vision, standing, walking, occasional sitting, stooping, reaching, twisting, repetitive movements, gripping, operating controls, lifting up to 50 lbs., pulling, carrying, bending, kneeling, balancing, and infrequently climbing stairs or ladders.
Occasional work with machinery, outdoors in temperatures 0-100°F, alone at times, with chemicals, and wearing protective gear.
