Sunglass Hut is seeking an Assistant Manager II - Rx specialist to lead daily store operations in a dynamic fashion eyewear environment. You will supervise, coach, and develop a team while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to brand standards.

The role emphasizes selling on the floor, talent acquisition partnerships, and maintaining merchandising and product knowledge across fashion and performance sunglasses. A strong focus on leadership and teamwork is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Detail-oriented with ability to execute store operations.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes all company tools to deliver sales plan, develop associates and achieve company objectives.
• Provides ongoing coaching for all associates that supports their growth.
• Spends a majority of the time on the sales floor.
• Develops and maintains Customer relationships by maximizing all company tools.
• Knows product knowledge and uses company learning tools to stay current on new products.
• Ensures execution of operational policies and procedures.
