Job summary

Sunglass Hut is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager II to drive store success in a fast-paced retail environment. You will partner with the Store/Multi Store Manager to oversee daily operations, sales execution, coaching, merchandising and talent acquisition, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will spend significant time on the sales floor, develop associates, maintain brand standards and stay current on new fashion and performance sunglasses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to manage store operations with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Delivers sales plans and coaches associates on the sales floor.
• Uses reports to identify gaps in performance and drive improvements.
• Provides ongoing coaching for growth and development of staff.
• Recruits and interviews talent with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
• Maintains customer relationships and upholds brand standards on the floor.
• Maintains merchandising standards and product knowledge.
• Communicates promotions and incentives clearly to the team.
