Job summary

Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Assistant Manager II to lead daily store operations, coach a diverse team, and uphold brand standards in a high-energy environment. You will drive sales, merchandising, and customer engagement on the floor, while building a strong customer experience and team culture.

You'll partner with the Store/Multi Store Manager on talent acquisition, coaching, and executing company programs, contests, and promotions to win with customers and drive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in store operations with a focus on service and execution.
• Ability to coach and develop team members on sales and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations on the sales floor and in merchandising.
• Coach and develop associates to meet sales and customer service goals.
• Recruit and onboard talent in partnership with store leadership.
• Communicate promotions, contests and incentives clearly to the team.
• Maintain brand standards and product knowledge across fashion and performance eyewear.
