Job summary

Sunglass Hut is seeking an Assistant Manager II to lead daily store operations and coach a team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee selling, merchandising, recruitment, and customer care while maintaining brand standards and a high-energy atmosphere on the floor.

You will collaborate with the Store/Multi Store Manager to ensure performance, implement promotions, and pursue development opportunities for yourself and the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of experience in retail/store operations
• Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation
• Detail-oriented with strong execution of operational components
• Uses critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of the store’s operations

Responsibilities

• Drive sales plan and develop associates using company tools
• Provide coaching to all associates and create an inspiring work environment
• Acquire talent through networking and interviews with the Store/Multi Store Manager
• Spend majority of time on the sales floor and maintain customer relationships
• Ensure brand standards and merchandising are consistently executed
• Stay current on product knowledge through company tools and trainings
• Communicate clearly brand strategy, promotions, and incentives to the team
