Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is hiring for a store manager role in Maryland. This position includes leading store staff, conducting a 5-week manager-training course with clear performance metrics, and driving sales through effective staff management and customer service.

The role requires supervisory experience, the ability to motivate a team, and to meet daily operational, safety, and banking requirements while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
