Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Frederick, MD is seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, oversee staffing, and drive customer service excellence. You will participate in a five-week manager-training program, interview and develop employees, manage schedules, analyze sales data, and ensure compliance with banking, safety, and store policies.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
