Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a store manager for the Columbia, MD location to lead daily operations and drive sales.

You will oversee staff, participate in a 5-week manager-training course, hire and develop employees, and ensure outstanding customer service and store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to motivate others and lead a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Complete 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help staff reach their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales and meet goals.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses including labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.

Starting pay $18.00 plus commission!
