Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Bel Air, MD is seeking a manager-in-training to lead store operations and develop staff. You will interview and hire, coach employees, and drive sales while maintaining a positive, respectful environment for customers and team members.

The role requires completing a 5-week training course with performance metrics and meeting safety, banking, and legal standards. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour plus commission.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
