Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Cleveland, OH is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will support the General Manager, coach Shift Coordinators and crew, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

You will manage inventory, scheduling, and uphold Popeyes standards across shifts while creating a positive, growth-oriented work environment for your team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.

What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the General Manager - keeping the restaurant running smoothly, supporting your team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities include:
