Popeyes is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, support the RGM, and develop team members while delivering the Popeyes Cajun Hospitality guests love. You will ensure high-quality food, service, and a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• As an Assistant Manager, you'll be the right hand to the General Manager - keeping the restaurant running smoothly, supporting your team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Profitability: Manage inventory costs through daily, weekly, and monthly inspections; Place and receive truck orders with precision; Maintain a detailed list of restaurant assets; Oversee preventative maintenance and vendor coordination; Ensure compliance with cash control and security procedures.
• People: Coach and develop Shift Coordinators and Team Members; Support ongoing training and team development; Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and positivity.
• Guest Experience: Motivate team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service; Ensure a clean, welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations.
• Operations: Lead efficient food prep and product delivery within service speed guidelines; Uphold brand and operational standards across all shifts; Step into Hourly Shift Coordinator duties when needed; Monitor business metrics, including sales, labor, and food costs; Create and execute action plans to improve performance.
