Job summary

Popeyes in Lorain, OH is seeking an Assistant Manager who will be the right hand to the General Manager, keeping the restaurant running smoothly, supporting the team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will coach and develop team members, uphold brand standards, manage inventory and scheduling, and help drive profitability while supporting all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.

What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the General Manager—keeping the restaurant running smoothly, supporting your team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities include:

• Profitability
  • Manage inventory costs through daily, weekly, and monthly inspections
  • Place and receive truck orders with precision
  • Maintain a detailed list of restaurant assets
  • Oversee preventative maintenance and vendor coordination
  • Ensure compliance with cash control and security procedures

  • Step into Hourly Shift Coordinator duties when needed

Physical Requirements
