Job summary

BFS FOODS INC. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Fairchance, PA. You will supervise 15-20 staff per shift, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold cleanliness and brand standards across all areas of the unit.

You will train staff on POS systems and front- and back-of-house duties, fill in for various roles as needed, and collaborate with the General Manager to meet cost and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or food service is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and train staff across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that each customer is completely satisfied during their visit.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the unit.
• Supervise 15-20 restaurant employees per shift.
• Enforce all brand standards, company policies and procedures.
• Represent the company with professionalism at all times.
• Train all levels of staff in POS operations and back-of-house functions.
• Fill in for different positions in the restaurant as needed.
• May be required to work extra shifts to accommodate store business and/or call-offs.
• Work closely with General Manager to implement training on new systems and service standards.
• Meet store cost and operational goals and budgets.
