Tailwind Concessions LLC is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager in Lincoln, NE to support daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent guest experiences across dining and retail services in a transportation hub environment. You will collaborate with the General Manager to optimize service standards and operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes staff training, safety compliance, and inventory control, with a strong focus on delivering consistent quality and a welcoming guest

Qualifications

Capable of standing for long periods.
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
Some weekend shifts mornings and evenings required.

Responsibilities

Lead a rock-star team with the GM and oversee daily operations.
Train and equip staff to perform their duties effectively.
Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure health regulations are met.
Assist in staff scheduling and coverage.
Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Monitor food quality and service standards consistently.
Verify food temperatures, appearance and preparation methods for quality.
Ensure responsible and legal serving of alcoholic beverages.
Maintain equipment per safety and preventive maintenance programs.
Manage inventory levels, orders and stocking processes.
