Job summary

KFC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Lincoln, NE to support the Restaurant General Manager and guide a team toward exceptional guest experiences. You will lead by example, train and coach staff, ensure brand standards, and step in during the RGM’s absence to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include promoting a culture of equity and belonging, overseeing shift execution, and helping with hiring and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant/retail management.
• Experience recruiting and hiring Team Members.
• Experience with P&L management, cash control and labor management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
