Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Prior experience in related food service positions required.
• Ability to work in high-stress environment.
• Moderate reading and writing skills; ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
• Promotes positive public relations with guests.
• Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; cooperates with coworkers; plans and completes job duties with minimal supervision.
• Manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills.
• Knowledgable of restaurant policies regarding personnel; comply with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front & back of house operations to achieve sales and guest satisfaction objectives.
• Schedule staff and manage labor costs.
• Coordinate training programs and staff development.
• Ensure food and product quality and sanitation meet standards.
• Maintain cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Assist General Manager with policy compliance and performance reviews.
