Job summary

Thunder Valley Casino Resort is seeking a Peet’s Coffee Assistant Manager to lead shift operations for Peet’s Coffee and Dos Coyotes outlets. You will oversee guest service, staffing, training, and adherence to brand standards to drive profitable operations.

The role requires supervisory experience in food service, strong communication, and the ability to manage inventory and safety programs. Flexible schedule and 21+ age are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume food service outlet.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain Tribal Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift management direction and guest service leadership.
• Interview, hire, and train new Team Members; coach performance.
• Schedule staff and manage daily/weekly staffing needs.
• Ensure inventory of materials and merchandise is stocked.
• Maintain safety, health, and franchise standards across outlets.
• Monitor and improve quality of service and product presentation.
