You will drive sales, manage costs, and develop your team in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Hours include nights and weekends with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years management experience in the restaurant industry required.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop a team.
• Financial acumen including budgets, P&L, and business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, food safety, inventory, and brand compliance.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members with a focus on leadership and engagement.
• Lead by example in customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Drive sales and profitability while controlling costs, inventory, and waste.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and food handling standards.
• Develop succession plans to support internal promotions and growth.
• Analyze financial statements, sales data, and reports to improve performance.
