Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• Experience managing operations and administration and supervising teams.
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead an inclusive, high-performing team and model lululemon values.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience and address guest feedback on the floor.
• Oversee operations, merchandising, and scheduling to support store goals.
• Review performance data with the Store Manager and adjust plans as needed.
• Open/close the store per procedures and ensure workplace safety.
