Job summary

Harri is seeking a hands-on Manager to lead our restaurant team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for daily operations, quality, and coaching a roster of crew members to grow into high-performing professionals.

You’ll work within our franchise structure, following proven systems while driving a positive culture and efficient service from early morning through late evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in fast-paced production-based environments.
• Hands-on approach with ability to work across roles.
• Experience coaching and mentoring younger team members.
• Open availability within 5 AM–11 PM.
• Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front and supervise daily operations across production, prep, dining, baking, and customer service.
• Oversee production line, maintain quality, and drive peak performance.
• Provide structured training, mentorship, and feedback to develop junior team members.
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture and ensure consistent guest experiences.
• Follow established procedures and leverage the franchise's proven system.
