Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager in the United States to blend business strategy, operations and people leadership. You will drive sales, manage opening/closing routines, and oversee store processes while mentoring staff and ensuring top-tier customer service.

You will apply fashion knowledge, lead recruiting and training, and maintain visual displays, leveraging data to inform decisions and protect store assets in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and fashion awareness.
